據外媒報道,近日美國國會起草一份關于廢除 “原產國標簽法”(COOL)的法案,將于近期表決,美國與加拿大之間關于肉類原產地標簽的戰(zhàn)爭有望結束。
據報道,世界貿易組織(WTO)裁決,加拿大和墨西哥可就美國的COOL征收10億美元報復關稅。加拿大和墨西哥準備對包括葡萄酒和冷凍橙汁在內的美國產品征收報復性關稅。
加拿大內閣部長不打算在最后廢除前撤銷對美報復措施。
