截止2010年4月11日，ISO/TC34/SC11（國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織/農(nóng)產(chǎn)食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)/谷物和豆類分技術(shù)委員會(huì)）已制定了67項(xiàng)關(guān)于谷物和豆類的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其中正在修訂中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有11項(xiàng)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號(hào)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱、中文名稱、進(jìn)展階段具體如下表所示：

對(duì)我國的啟示：
目前，我國還沒有上述動(dòng)物和植物油脂的檢測(cè)方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或需修訂類似標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因此，急需相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)或技術(shù)委員會(huì)參與國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定，及時(shí)制定我國相關(guān)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，加強(qiáng)植物和動(dòng)物油脂產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的檢驗(yàn)、監(jiān)督，以保障植物和動(dòng)物油脂產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量安全。
